The bulb was easily filled with lukewarm water. A couple seconds under the tap and it was good to go. There were no kinks or leaks in the tubing. A constant stream could be created.

Unfortunately there were a couple voids in the base of the toy, but they did nothing to hinder performance! The suction on the toy was strong. It stuck and stayed on the wall even with the weight of the toy and a full bulb.
